Beautiful 3 bedroomed country style private villa with a luxury fitted kitchen and lounge that leads out onto the veranda. Large private swimming pool with shallow end for children or non swimmers.
Close to picturesque harbour of Port Andratx, which can easily be reached on foot in 5 minutes, this holiday villa is located in a beautiful setting, surrounded by the hills, with no hotels or high rise apartment blocks anywhere to be seen.
HOLIDAY VILLA FOR RENTAL
The living room has a three piece suite and is decorated in light neutral shades. There is a CD music system and TV with video and DVD player. The floors throughout are tiled and there is a ceiling fan in the living area as well as the bedrooms. For the cooler months there is full central heating and an open fire.
The villa has a brand new fully fitted kitchen, with all new appliances, including a full sized gas oven and hob, and fridge-freezer. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the garage too.
Outside there is a large veranda with views to the hills and the port. There are table and chairs for dining under the veranda, and a separate covered area by the pool for those who prefer some shade.
Close to the veranda is a large barbecue set in a lovely garden area, which then leads down the main garden area in which you will find the pool area.
Private swimming pool
The swimming pool has a deep and a shallow end with steps leading down for children and non swimmers. There are sun beds, umbrellas and a selection of inflatable toys for your use. Also there is a shaded area by the pool for the hotter days and an outside shower.
Fully enclosed garden
The garden is completely enclosed by a wall and fencing so children cannot wander off. There are also no main roads immediately beside the villa. It is situated on a quiet country road, so there are only a handful of residents who use the road each day.Garage and carport for secure and shaded parking

Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom
The master bedroom has a king sized bed. There is a large fitted wardrobe and an storage cupboard for towels, linen, suitcases and so on. There is an en-suite bathroom with a white suite, comprising, bath, shower, hand basin, toilet and bidet.Second bedroom
The second bedroom is twin bedded and also has a large fitted wardrobe and views to the swimming pool,garden and port. It too has an en-suite bathroom with toilet, shower and hand basin.Third bedroom

It is famous for its stunning harbour and attracts holiday makers looking for a more stylish and quieter Mallorcan experience. Its harbour is home to fishing boats, luxury yachts and pleasure boats, providing plenty of activity to watch and enjoy.
The location is fabulous, and no visit to Port d'Andratx is complete without a visit to the surrounding hills at sunset when it really is a special place.
Activities
We recommend that you hire a car, if you want to explore the region to the full, but is you choose not to, there is a regular bus service and many taxis to be hailed in the town.- Back in the town of Port Andratx, there are many restaurants offering all types of cuisine, bars, shops, cafes and patisseries.
- Andratx town is five minutes drive away and offers quaint Spanish houses with a lovely placa (square). There is a weekly market which is brilliant for almost anything.
- Golf courses are close by.
- Beaches such as Sant Elm and Santa Ponsa are from 5 minutes drive away and there are water parks, theme parks and a marine land just 20 minutes away at Palma Nova and Magalluf.
- The historical city of Palma is worth a trip to see the cathedral, or for shopping or dining.
- Also, the celebrity towns of Deia, Valdemossa and Soller are a must for sightseers.
How to get here
We recommend hiring a car for at least part of your stay. A taxi to the villa from the airport costs around 50 - 60 euros. Most budget airlines fly to Palma so there should be no problem booking the right flight.
